  • Log into your Pulse account and click on Refer a Neighbor from the left-hand menu.
  • Click “Join” – there are no fees or commitments, and you can cancel at any time.

Share your Referral Code
When you join, a personal Referral Code is generated.

  • If you’re signed up for text or email alerts, we’ll send it straight to you.
  • Share your Referral Code with friends, family, or neighbors who would love fast, reliable Pulse Internet.

  • Your referral can enter your code online as a “Promo Code” or share it with a Customer Service Representative.
  • After they have been a Pulse customer for 30 days, a $50 credit will automatically apply on both of your next billing statements.

Pulse’s Refer a Neighbor Program Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

This program is valid for existing Pulse internet customers and new residential and commercial customers at locations serviceable by Pulse. The program is available for internet service plans only.

City of Loveland employees responsible for selling Pulse services and Pulse contractors, vendors, or agents are not eligible to participate as referrers or referees.

Program details

For each successful referral, both the referring customer (“Advocate”) and the referred new customer (“New Customer”) will receive a $50 Pulse account credit after the referee has maintained active Pulse service for 30 consecutive days.

New Customer’s reward: The referred new customer will receive a $50 Pulse account credit applied to their account on the next billing cycle after the 30-day qualifying period is satisfied.

Advocate’s reward: The Advocate will receive a $50 Pulse account credit for each New Customer referred. Credits are applied to the Advocates account in monthly installments of $50 per billing cycle. If there are multiple referrals, the $50 credits will roll over and be applied one month at a time. (For example, two referrals equals $50 credit on the next two bills.)

Billing and service commitment

All rewards are issued as Pulse account credits only. Credits have no cash value and will not be refunded, transferred, or paid out in any form.

To redeem, the New Customer must provide the Advocate customer’s referral code at the time of sign-up for Pulse services. If a New Customer is referred by more than one customer, only the first referral submitted will qualify. Customers may not refer themselves at additional locations.

Both the Advocate and the New Customer’s accounts must be in good standing during the 30-day qualifying period. If service is canceled or downgraded within 90 days of the last installation activity (interior or exterior), Pulse reserves the right to recover associated costs. These may include porting fees, off-net circuit penalties, hardware costs, permit and survey fees, installation expenses, expediting or cancellation fees, and a minimum of one month’s recurring service fees.

If the Advocate or New Customer cancels service before the $50 credit is fully applied, any remaining unapplied credit is forfeited This program may be combined with other active promotions for which the customer is otherwise eligible.

Limitations

Limit one referral reward per serviceable residential address. New Customers may only receive one $50 Pulse account credit. Advocates can receive up to 10 $50 referral rewards per calendar year. Refer a Neighbor program details and availability are subject to change without notice. Transfer of this offer is prohibited. Other restrictions may apply.
