Utility Locate Markers
You may see colorful (temporary) paint on the ground or small flags in your yard that mark existing underground utilities. For the safety of our workers, please do not move or remove them.
Pulse is nearing completion in your neighborhood and will soon bring ultra-fast and reliable Internet, TV, and Voice services to your door! With HOA approval, our crew will be in your area to extend our network from the street to your building. We release addresses for sign-up as soon as they are ready, so your home may go live even if your neighbors are still pending.
As part of our commitment to being great neighbors, we want to let you know what you can expect. If you have any questions or concerns that are not addressed below, please feel free to reach out.

Crews will be digging and/or boring underground to install fiber-optic cables. Please watch this video for more information.
Our team may need access to fences, gates, or gated areas for up to one hour on the scheduled construction date. Please ensure all gates are unlocked. For everyone’s safety, children and pets must be kept away from active work areas while crews are on-site.
