FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The advertised monthly rate is a discounted price we offer when customers choose ACH (automatic bank withdrawal) Autopay. ACH Autopay reduces processing costs, and we pass those savings directly to you.

ACH stands for Automated Clearing House. It’s a secure, electronic network used for direct bank-to-bank transfers. It’s commonly used for things like direct deposit, bill payments, and online banking.

Yes. ACH payments use encrypted, regulated banking channels designed to protect customer information and prevent unauthorized access. It’s one of the most widely used and trusted payment methods in the U.S.

If you prefer not to use ACH, you can choose from several alternative payment options:

  • Credit card
  • Check by mail
  • In‑person check drop‑off with a customer service representative during business hours at Pulse’s office (815 14th St, SW Suit C240, Loveland, CO 80537)
  • In‑person check drop‑off at one of the lockboxes located at either the City of Loveland Municipal Building at 500 E. 3rd St. OR the City of Loveland Utilities Building at 200 N. Wilson Avenue

These payment options are available at the non-discounted standard monthly broadband rate.

That’s perfectly fine. You can use any of these non‑ACH payment methods, but the non-discounted standard monthly rate will apply.

You may cancel ACH Autopay at any time but you will no longer receive the discounted rate if you elect to do so.
